The Omega Group was established in 1994 and specializes in the trade and distribution of pharmaceuticals and in leading technological projects and complex health services all over Israel. The group has several companies and several hundred staff members in charge of the projects, and has three strong arms: An arm that provides sales and distribution services of prescription drugs to hundreds of pharmacies in Israel; An arm that provides medical laboratory services; And a computing and training arm that provides computing services, implementation and skilled manpower in the fields of computing to institutions and entities governmental.
Over the years of its activity, the companies in the Omega Group have led hundreds of projects and tenders for government, municipal and institutional clients on a large scale.
In the last five years, the total scope of activity of the companies in the Omega group has reached about 1 billion NIS.


Omega Group specializes in the purchase, sale and distribution of prescription drugs to hundreds of regular customers in Israel, including pharmacies, nursing homes and more. Omega has been leading the field and is the main supplier of a wide variety of manufacturers to about a third of the pharmacies in Israel.

Lily Nankin
CEO
Born in Mexico, immigrated to Israel in 1984. Has a bachelor's degree in education from Wingate Academic College. In 2000 she started her career at the Omega company. First, as a computer instructor and then as the company's training coordinator. In 2008 she was appointed as the company's VP and in 2013 as CEO. Lily likes changes and challenges, and in her view every employee, from the senior to the most junior, should set a personal example. In her free time, Lily plays volleyball.
Shay Gabbay
CTO
Shay has a bachelor's degree in computer science and management from the Open University and a Microsoft Certified Trainer certificate from the Microsoft company in the areas of infrastructure. Shay also graduated from a computer communication course Microsoft Certified System Engineer and Noble CNA. Shay has been working at Omega since 2004 in a wide variety of positions including director of the computer college, director of procurement and director of IT projects.
Shay believes that his role as a manager is to dynamically move the company and support the company's employees so that they fully utilize their abilities. In his free time Shay likes to run on the beach.
Yossi Liss
Project Manager
Yossi has a bachelor's degree in business administration and communications from Champlain College, Vermont, USA, as well as an MCITP certification from Microsoft. Yossi has been working at Omega since 2011 as a project manager in various IT fields. Yossi's belief is that every day that passes presents us with challenges that allow us to experience and grow on all levels Life In his free time, Yossi likes to ride a motorcycle for long distances.
Dr. Liora Katz-Jan, PhD
CSO
Liora completed her PhD studies in biochemistry at Ben Gurion University. Liora has rich and senior management experience for many years. In her previous positions, she managed the set of laboratories of the Schneider Center for Pediatrics and the biochemical laboratory. Liora also managed the central laboratory of the National Health Insurance Fund. Liora believes that qualities such as diligence, initiative, integrity and creating a partnership with the people is the way to success. In her free time, Irva likes to exercise and engage in design that changes the atmosphere.
Orna Baribi
CFO
Orna graduated in tax consulting and accounting at the College of Management. For over 30 years she has served as a senior accountant and payroll accountant and is responsible for a team of accountants in a variety of companies. Since 2013, Orna manages finances and payroll at the Omega company. Orna loves challenges and believes that it is important to do what you love in order to be happy. In her spare time, Orna is involved in styling and sports.
